Pricing questions
What if I cancel before the end of the lease? +
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. You keep everything built so far — the files and content are yours to take. You just won't receive the final packaged ownership transfer until the lease completes.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-lease? +
Yes. Upgrading adjusts your timeline and monthly rate. Your lease term starts fresh from the upgrade date, so you'll own sooner on a higher tier.
Does the monthly fee cover hosting? +
Yes, during the lease term we handle hosting, SSL, CDN, and basic backups. After ownership transfer, hosting is your responsibility — typically $0–20/month on Netlify or similar.
What does the code transfer actually look like? +
We create a private GitHub repository in your account with all source code. Everything is clean, documented, and deployable. We also provide a 1-hour handoff call to walk you through it.
Is there a setup fee? +
No. Your first monthly payment starts when your site goes live. Intake and build time is covered by us.
