What ownership actually means.

1. What you're leasing

During the lease period, you receive a fully hosted, professionally built website for your practice. Via Del Web retains the underlying code and design assets during the lease term. You own your content — words, images, logo, and any materials you provide.

2. Monthly payments

Payments are due monthly on the same date as your launch. Payments are non-refundable for the month in which they occur. Late payments beyond 10 days may result in site suspension (with 5 days notice). We don't charge late fees.

3. Ownership transfer

Upon completion of all scheduled payments (Solo: 24 months, Pro: 18 months, Premium: 12 months), you receive:

• ✓ Complete source code deposited to a private GitHub repository in your account
• ✓ All design assets, fonts, and configuration files
• ✓ Documentation for deploying to any platform
• ✓ One 60-minute ownership handoff call
• ✓ No ongoing fees or obligations from Via Del Web

4. Early cancellation

You may cancel with 30 days written notice at any time. Upon cancellation, your site will remain live for 30 days, then be decommissioned. You may request an export of your content (text and images) at any time, free of charge. Code transfer only occurs upon full lease completion.

5. What we promise

We will never increase your monthly rate during an active lease term. We will never hold your content hostage. We will never sell your data or your clients' data. If Via Del Web ceases to operate, your content will be exported and delivered to you.

6. Acceptable use

Your site must represent a genuine wellness practice. We don't build sites for misleading health claims, unregulated pharmaceutical sales, or practices that harm clients. We reserve the right to terminate a lease if the site is used for these purposes, with a full refund for the current month.
